Real Wedding - Kerry & Richard - The Ceremony

What a truly lovely couple! I had so much fun working with Kerry on her wedding to the wonderful Richard. Great story - they met while on safari in South Africa (Richard was the guide). Kerry moved across the globe to be with her man and they chose Costa Rica as their wedding spot. We held the beach ceremony at the stunningly lovely and private Tulemar Beach in Manuel Antonio. The weather held up and the day was perfect. Magic!We were super blessed to have the amazingly talented emilie fly down from Maine to shoot the wedding. Gorgeous shots!! The look for the ceremony was natural - we went with natural bamboo chairs with dendrobium orchids as aisle markers, fans to keep guests cool and rose petals to add a colour punch. Banana leaf cones held rose petals that guests showered the couple with as they exited down the aisle. The altar was created with large vases filled branches, dripping with dendrobium orchid buds, creating a natural look that was right at home within the rainforest cathedral.Tune in tomorrow for the reception!
