Real Wedding-Amita and Brad, Los Sueños Marriott

The gardens at Los Suenos Marriott Hotel are a gorgeous spot for an outdoor wedding.  It was here the Amita and Brad exchanged 'I Dos' in front of 30 friends and family. As a nod to Amita's Chinese heritage, red was prominent in the colour scheme which included mahogany brown, ivory and bronze.Boutonnieres and Amita's handtied bouquet all featured deep-red roses.Every bride needs some bling!Large vases with floating candles and rose petals lined the very long aisle. What an elegant setting! A chic red fabric canopy, rose petal aisle and a string trio under the expanse of a mammoth tree, backdropped by the sea.

Instead of a guest book, Amita and Brad had guests sign their engagement photo.

Handmade coffee mugs filled with Costa Rican coffee did double-duty as escort cards and thank you gifts.

Floral balls and orchid chains festooned the Marriott's ballroom where the reception was hosted.

The free-form pool at the Marriott is a stunner.

Each table was named after an animal, bird or amphibian found in Costa Rica. Super cute idea!

 

Candles, candles and more candles created a super sexy and romantic mood.

A collection of floating candles and loose rose petals is stunning in it's simplicity.
