Real Wedding - Amiee and Adam in Los Altos, Manuel Antonio
Amiee and Adam are the epitome of a sunny couple. Their joy radiates off of them like the sun, shining a bright light of love over everyone and everything in their sphere. Even a rainy afternoon couldn't dampen the spirit of their wedding celebration at Los Altos in Manuel Antonio! Bright orchids, roses and lisianthus create a soft handtied bouquet, bursting with colour.Adam's boutonniere feature white dendrobium and yellow cymbidium orchids.Bright yellow fans, a banana leaf cone filled with rose petals and a stylish program sat atop bamboo chairs at the ceremony.Originally, the ceremony was to be on the deck overlooking the ocean and rainforest but Mother Nature decided to bless the festivities with some rain so we moved things under the tent. Cylinders filled with limes and branches of yellow orchids with orange rose petals on the ground brought a great punch of colour against the grey skies.Water bars area always a great idea in the tropics. This one featured citrus water in one chuck and starfruit in the other.Music by a classical quartet created a wildly romantic setting.Just after the ceremony, the rains stopped and we were able to get some great portraits in the gardens.Who says seating has to be relegated to little cards? We used an antique mirror instead!Coral, yellow and green were the bright palette we used, with touches of gold glitter thrown in for some glam. I personally think glitter is a panacea that makes everything better. Aimee and her mom glitterized this little wooden card holders from Crate & Barrel.Twinkle lights over the tables added ambiance.Funnest couple ever!! Carnivale dancers and drummers got everyone up and dancing. What a party!Felicidades to Amiee and Adam on your bright, cheery wedding. So much fun and so full of wonderful, loving people. Massive gracias to the ace team of A Brit & A Blonde for capturing all the goodness.
